The research tools were: the test of problem-solving measurement (20 items with 4 multiple choices) and with its reliability value (KR-20) of 0.87; a test of learning achievement (30 items with 4 multiple choices) with its reliability value of 0.88; a five rating scales satisfaction test (30 items), with its reliability value of 0.97, created in accordance with the Likert method. The statistics used in data analysis were: Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Paired t-test.

The research results were as follows:

1) The mean score of the problem-solving ability of the students after the completion of the course utilizing the problem based learning management with the graphic organizer structure diagram was higher than that of the pre-study (post =16.78, pre = 8.15) with the statistical significance level of 0.01.

2) Based on the comparison, the mean score of achievement of the problem based learning by utilizing the graphic organizer structure diagram after completing the course was higher than that of the pre-study (post = 26.06, pre = 1 3.65) so the statistical scores were different at the statistical significance level of 0.01.

3) The mean score of the student satisfaction with the problem based learning management with the graphic organizer structure diagram in overall was rated at a high level as same as those of the studied aspects.
